Kuttle is operated by Websites on Wheels LLC. This notice describes optional Google Analytics 4 on kuttle.shop, www.kuttle.shop, and checkout.kuttle.shop and supplements our existing privacy policy. For this analytics integration, the consent rules below apply.

Analytics is optional

Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. It helps us understand visits, product views, design activity, cart/checkout actions, purchases, and refunds. Rejecting it does not prevent shopping. Essential cart, checkout, security, and privacy-choice storage is separate.

What Google receives

With consent, we send usage events, cookie-based client/session identifiers, limited campaign information, product identifiers/types, quantities, prices, currency, discounts, tax/shipping amounts, and purchase/refund transaction identifiers. Browser connections disclose technical information such as your IP address to Google. Google may process data outside your country.

This integration does not send names, emails, postal addresses, payment-card details, design prompts, or uploaded/generated images to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Analytics acceptance does not authorize advertising tracking.

Cookies and retention

  • commerce_analytics_consent records your accept/reject choice and its date for 180 days.
  • Your choice applies across Kuttle's root, www, and checkout domains; it does not grant consent on MugMi.
  • After acceptance, _ga and _ga_* identify browsers and sessions. Their configured lifetime is 180 days; continued use may renew them.
  • commerce_campaign session storage retains limited campaign attribution for the browsing session after acceptance.
  • GA event/user retention is set to 14 months; user retention can reset with new activity. Aggregated reports are not subject to that same limit. Order-record retention is separate.

Withdrawal and privacy requests

Use “Privacy choices” at any time and select “Reject analytics”. We stop new browser analytics, clear accessible GA cookies, and ask the checkout to stop pending analytics for your linked cart/order. That server update needs a working connection. Cookies restricted to another host may need clearing there or in browser settings. Withdrawal does not erase events already sent.
